After a couple of very successful trips out in Stockton and Gothenburg, MBD will be showing their innovative nightclub show a little closer to home. Don't miss this opportunity to catch Nightscene as part of the Skegness SEAS festival. Book a chalet at Butlins and get yourselves there for a fun night out with a bit of cutting edge art thrown in.

MBD will be presenting Nightscene at the North SEAS tour in Skegness on the 1st and 2nd October at 22.00.

NIGHTSCENE offers the opportunity to be an extra in a film with a difference. A mixture of performance, film set and a good night out, Nightscene promisies a little something for everyone.

Watch This Space: Lyveden New Bield Bonfire Night Spectacular!

Metro’s heritage based sister company, Watch This Space, presents one of its largest projects to date.

WTS's Bonfire Night Spectacle at National Trust property, Lyveden New Bield (5th & 6th Nov at 7pm) will offer a dazzling, dynamic and sometimes gruesome alternative to the usual bonfire night festivities.

A mixture of fireworks, dramatic lighting, projection, original soundtrack and an exploration of the buildings direct links to the gunpowder plot of 1605 promises to be THE bonfire night show to see of 2009.

In development: “Whispers from a rickshaw”

We are pleased to announce that MBD has been commissioned to create “Whispers from a Rickshaw” by the Igniting Ambition Program in the East Midlands.  

Taking place entirely in a moving rickshaw, “Whispers from a Rickshaw” will be an intimate street arts experience featuring stunning audio, an intriguing narrative, beautiful artwork and a dizzying ride around a city.

Made in collaboration with Ling Peng, a classically trained Chinese musician “Whispers from a Rickshaw” will be available in 2010.
