As part of our NESTA R+D project we will be back at Leicester Castle's Great hall this Sunday (28th June from 11am - 3pm) during their Heritage Open Sunday Event to test our ibeacon tour. This will be our second public test, we've made a few alterations from the findings we gathered from our initial test and we're excited to see the results.

Sunday 31st May was our first trail date of our new iBeacon tour at Leicester Castle. It took place during the Heritage Open Day and we were simply overwhelmed by the response. Families and adults alike gave incredible feedback, the team could not have been happier.

We had a great couple of days in Kidderminster last week working on a bit of R+D for a new project that will be apart of KAF Arts in 2016. It's celebrating the amazing music heritage of Kidderminster from the rock gods of Robert Plant and John Bonham right through to the electronic talents of Quantic.

It was great to spend a day with the entire team working on the NESTA R+D project today at Leicester Castle. The Locly guys came down to Leicester and we started to test the strength of the beacons in situ and the great news is that it all looks good to go. We're back in the studio tomorrow working on the tracks, exciting stuff...

Its a week of site visits this week, Paul and i went back to a few of the Birmingham Museum Trusts sites to finalise ideas before we present next week. It was a beautiful day which bodes well and Aston Hall, Blakesley Hall and Sarehole Mill all looked splendid in the sunshine. Now all we need to do it write the presentation.
