Theatre Devising Workshops / Residencies
Since their formation in 1997 MBD has rapidly become established as one of the most exciting young companies to emerge on the British arts scene with commissions from The National Theatre, Stockton International Riverside Festival, Phoenix Arts (Leicester) and the Leicester Haymarket among others.

MBD specialise in taking week long devising workshops for students studying theatre from GCSE to Degree Level. During the week MBD will work with a group of students, sharing devising techniques which encourage the creation of devised theatre in a physical, stylised and contemporary manner. By the end of the week, the students will create a new devised performance, which can be shown to a public audience. MBD has been taking workshops for over 8 years and has gained a host of excellent references.

Cost and Requirements
1 workshop leader 1 large space maximum 20 students
Price = £1000 + VAT
2 workshop leaders 2 large spaces maximum 35 student's
Price = £1500 + VAT
If your establishment does not have the resources to book MBD for a weeklong residency the company also offer shorter workshops. MBD will work with a group of students for either a half-day or a full day sharing text based and physical techniques so as to help kick start their devising module.
Short term workshop 1 large space maximum 30 students
Price: £250 = 1 day
Price: £150 = Half Day
